Point 1

  1. Do un to others as you would want others to do to you. (Put yourself into others position)

One should understand and realize that all choices have actions and reactions that affect all not only humans, but from the smallest microbe to the biggest creature. To hurt ones self can hurt many. To understand the feelings and reactions of others try to put ones self in the position of all around. Look at all the negative aspects of your actions or decisions. It is really easy for one to look only at there self and only care for there self. Caring only about their own selfish tasks and needs. Such is the case when one is willing to destroy another mans life by using his id and credit. This can destroy a man's life for what purpose for ones own selfish needs just because that person doesn't want to earn there own money. Another example is when one uses another human or creature for there own benefit. An example of this is when someone befriends another to gain money, food, housing or most commonly popularity and political power. One should try their very best not to use people. I do realize that in some occupations this is what must be done. But you should never use an innocent creature for anything that would you wouldn’t want someone to do to you.

Life is a very sacred thing and treating all things with respect makes the world a better place for you and all other things. Now after I explained some of the instances in which one should be aware of. One would probably ask why should I care who is hurt. Well other than the simple fact it is wrong and it hurts ones self worth. There is the fact that as I said early all things and actions affect all. Such as when you wrong that person you could cause a family to fall apart then one of the children lashes out becoming addicted to drugs and getting pregnant then using welfare. Making taxes higher and the drug usage then adds to the criminal activity making the area more dangerous. If you still don't care then just think if one does these negative acts over and over again using people and taking advantage of nice people. Then you run out of nice people one day or someone might take advantage of you. Also if you ever plan on having children one would think that making the would an unhappy place probably isn't what you want for your family.

Although I do realize that always putting your self in others shoes is not possible but doing it as much as one can will teach you to treat people kindly. And after one consciously dose this for long enough one will begin to put there self into another's position naturally and with out thought. This will make you a better person and also understand your self better.
